Firm Overview

New York Banking, Corporate, and Real Estate Law

Mitchell B. Pollack founded our firm in 1989 to provide representation to credit unions and banks in commercial litigation, loan workouts, collections, and bankruptcy claims. While maintaining the original core of the practice, our firm has provided a broad range of legal services to businesses and entrepreneurs for more than twenty years, as our knowledge and experience has kept pace with the needs of our business clientele. To find out how we can help advance your business objectives, contact a banking or real estate lawyer at our firm.

With the ability to provide comprehensive and dependable client service in areas ranging from employment law to corporate mergers, we act as general counsel for many of our clients' for ongoing advice and risk management. When necessary, we also represent our clients in state or federal court litigation and in alternative dispute resolution on matter including real estate, corporate law, commercial disputes, or employer-employee relations. Some of our clients have a unionized workforce, so we have additional experience with the negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements.

The size of our firm is ideal to serve the needs of our business and financial institution clients. We are large enough to be able to staff and resolve highly complex litigations, but small enough to maintain highly personalized and informal relationships with our clients, who appreciate our accessibility and flexibility.

We opened an additional office in Mahwah, New Jersey, in 2003 in order to better serve our North Jersey clients. To learn more about the range of our client service and what it can mean for your business, contact us at either of our locations.
