In 1989, Mitchell B. Pollack, Esq. founded Mitchell Pollack & Associates, PLLC, with the intent to provide representation to credit unions and banks in commercial litigation, loan workouts, collections, and bankruptcy claims.
Over the past 20 years, however, we at Mitchell Pollack & Associates have endeavored to keep pace with the needs of its commercial clients. Now, while we still maintain the original core of our legal practice, we also provide an even broader range of legal services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes. In 2003, we expanded and opened an additional office in Mahwah, New Jersey, to better accommodate our northern New Jersey clients.
