Biography

Eileen has been a member of the legal profession for over 25 years. She began working at the Firm more than 16 years ago and became a Partner in 2016. Eileen enjoys writing, and she is constantly sharpening her skills as a writer - whether it is drafting legal memoranda, appellate briefs, or participating in local poetry slams. She has extensive experience litigating in the State and Federal Courts of NY and CT, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and other local Human Rights commissions. Eileen has a background in business and takes great pride representing both employees and employers with respect to labor and employment claims, in addition to litigating business disputes, construction claims and other commercial matters; negotiating separation agreements; and providing general counsel advice to local Cooperative and Condo Associations. She lives in Westchester County and her interests include sports, music/concerts, traveling, and pitching for her community softball team.

Eileen is a Licensed Notary Public.
