Biography

Miesha possesses over 25 years of legal and business experience. Her legal representation in the areas of business law, contracts, bankruptcy, regulatory compliance, real estate, and other civil and commercial matters has helped clients in New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley. In her former position as Associate General Counsel to a large federal credit union Miesha was certified as a Compliance Officer by NAFCU, evidencing her strong knowledge of the federal regulations and compliance obligations that affect credit unions. Miesha lives in Dutchess County and maintains strong ties with the local business community in the Hudson Valley. Miesha also has a passion for working with small businesses and entrepreneurs. She enjoys spending time with her two children, their competition dance team family, and her church family.
