Miesha Rodriguez

Miesha Rodriguez, a graduate of the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, has competently and efficiently represented individuals, businesses, and credit unions in various legal matters since 1996. Miesha was an associate with Mitchell Pollack & Associates PLLC in the early years of her career and returned to the firm in 2019 focusing on real estate and foreclosures, debt collection litigation, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, business law and organization, and contract negotiations and disputes. While previously serving as Associate General Counsel to a large federal credit union Miesha was certified as a NAFCU Compliance Officer, evidencing her strong knowledge of the federal regulations and compliance obligations that affect credit unions. She is also trained in transformative mediation. Miesha has a passion for working with small businesses and entrepreneurs and maintains strong ties with her local business community.
